Kentucky Woman Dies In Car Crash & The Kentucky Drunk Driver Charged With Murder
A Campbellsville, Kentucky woman is dead after a auto accident, and the driver, who was drunk at the time of the crash, has been charged with murder. The drunk driving accident occurred on Spurlington Road in Taylor County around 8:40 pm. William Mayes, age 29, was driving a 1993 Ford escort when he lost control of the vehicle, ran off the road, and struck a tree. Bethany Mann, age 30, was pronounced dead at the scene. Taylor County law enforcement alleges that Mr. Mayes was intoxicated while driving and arrested him after the collision. Ms. Mann’s family will have a wrongful death claim against Mayes and his insurance company to recovery for their loss and the damages her Estate has suffered.
