UPDATE: William Wesley, The Driver Who Hit Jacob Ebenstein, Is Charged With Murder

As predicted in an earlier posting (link to earlier posting), William Wesley’s criminal charges were amended to include not only the DUI, but a charge of murder. The Ebenstein family with have a chance at both criminal and civil justice under Kentucky Law.
